Ferrocarrils of the Generalitat de Catalunya (FGC) again collaborates with Rec.0 Experimental Stores, the Igualada fashion, culture, music and gastronomy festival, which transforms the traditional Rec industrial district for four days.

In this fourteenth edition, which will be held on November 9th, 10th, 11th and 12th, all visitors who come to the festival with the Ferrocarrils R6 line will be able to enjoy a soft drink and a ticket to the Igualada Leather Museum for free.

Thus, FGC promotes the use of public transport to visit Rec.0 comfortably and in an environmentally responsible manner. The FGC network connects users to different spaces of interest, while decreasing dependence on the private vehicle and promoting a healthier lifestyle.

Support for innovation

Ferrocarrils supports the innovative ideas that take advantage and revitalize traditional spaces, such as Rec.0 Experimental Stores, which ephemerally transforms the Rec industrial district. Each edition opens new spaces, many of them unknown, and also incorporates new brands, so the circuit is always different. Afterwards, the district returns to normal, with an activity that mixes the tannery industry with design studies and other professions.

Rec Street Food, a street food festival with 40 food trucks and pop up bar, is also a proposal that becomes increasingly popular within the same event. Culture and especially music, also have their space in the Rec Music Festival, with a programme of 15 concerts held in different spaces on Rec.014 circuit.
