Come to FGC’s SOTA TERRA theoretical-practical workshop
Claustrophobia is one of the most common phobias. It is an irrational and exaggerated fear to be in an enclosed space, such as a tunnel, a train or an elevator. One of the best ways to heal oneself is to face it.
Objectives of the workshop:
- Reduce the fear of travelling underground thanks to a series of tools that will help you reduce the phobia through the exposure technique.
- Discover all the advantages of travelling by train, getting basic knowledge about the world of train and its safety.
- Practise at home with a material we will offer you, to control anxiety, rationalizing irrational thoughts, relaxing muscles and controlling breathing.

In the break of the theoretical training, a coffee will be offered to participants.
The workshop ends with a train journey between Sarrià and Pl. Catalunya stations.
Accreditation: Participants in the workshop will receive a certificate of attendance and a gift.
